Yes I noticed that ABC stopped opening for Foundations. So that why I was told Mau Bank should be the best alternative. Maybe you can share your experience with Afrasia. Are you looking for another bank account to not put all eggs into one basket or are you not statisfied with your current bank?

You can use your UK paypal and link your VISA card of your Georgia bank account to paypal. I do it same way and it's working smoothly for 40-50k/month turnover. Limit is 2000EUR/day you can transfer to your VISA.

For sure Singapore bank account can have some benefits but remember you need in Singapore high min. balances of accounts (around. 25kUSD+) as non resident.

They accept Seychelles but no 3rd party can fund your Kraken account. You can only send and receive funds to/from accounts in your name/name of company.

You can try EMI's Epayments and Transferwise. Which banks did you try in Mauritius? Because there are banks opening for IBC. You also can try Cyprus. With good agent you should be able to get account there.

PayPal is not really the problem. They have the lowest KYC at all. Maybe someone around this forum will proof my informations. So if you have volume of 20,000EURO month you should choose Cyprus company setup as mentioned above.
