All these companies required by the law to verify their customer identity, how do they do that? What do they do with ID scans? How far they go to verify it's real document? Do they have capability to check with foreign government database?

You don't have to have business incorporated outside panama and bank account outside for this to work. Your source of income has to be from outside of panama, that's all, they tax you only on locally generated income.

It's not citizenship, only permanent residency. Yes, you have to pay tax where you live, but this setup could useful if you want to have offshore bank which no one knows about.

That's exactly what i was saying. If that is true panama residency is worth investment in my opinion. I mean if you don't want your home country to find out about your offshore account this could be solution. As far as i know Panamiam residency is easiest one to obtain and maintain.

If it's clean money you will be all good. Even know they did not accept my business account i still believe they are good and reliable company.

I have very little experience, i registered 2 accounts with them, business and personal, business account was closed soon after opening, apparently they do some background checks on you, they told my company is blaclisted, i don't know how i managed to get blacklisted since it was very new company.
