Wow, I never ever considered Canada for this but it looks great. Do Canadian banks open accounts for non-resident Canadian LLP or LP companies (with or without personal visit)?

You can open other bank accounts but having a neat.hk virtual bank account won't help (in my optinion) in the eyes of the banks. Citibank SG and HK wants 300k min. balance in their business accounts. Perhaps Hang Seng with a personal visit might work.

Do you think it's easy to open another bank account for neat.hk incorporated company with an EMI? I don't think SC or DBS bank account counts as a real bank account in the eyes of other banks.

I wouldn't trust my money with any bank in Cambodia. For small amounts, perhaps it is okay.

I guess they want Cambodia because Cambodia is not part of any treaties and keep your bank account balances hidden :)
