Thanks, just sent them an e-mail. The nationality of the worker is Lithuanian, he is a tax resident of his home country. He's going to work remotely as a software dev. 8000 CHF/monthly but we still have to figure out the taxes.

Switzerland salary for non-resident tax question (quellensteuer)

Does anyone know the amount of tax a Swiss company incorporated in Zug has to pay for an employee resident in another EU country (remote worker)? I found out that it's called "quellensteuer" (withholding tax), but every calculator I've tried only works for residents. Maybe someone can help...

Estonian company for crypto trading in the EU?

You have to have banking options before you set up a company in Estonia. There's 0 chances you'll open a local bank account especially for crypto trading (or open Paysera/WIse which are worthless), or any kind of other trading tbh with a non-Estonian passport.

Dubai banks - required documents for account opening

I've digged through all the Dubai threads and want to ask if anyone knows what extra documents banks require from you when you go for the account opening (both personal and corporate). I mean excluding the basic stuff like your passport, EID, company docs etc. Why banks in Dubai process the...

Dubai seeking to regulate Crypto Tokens

Well that's actually a good thing. Most of them are cash grabs anyway. The longer they stay out of Dubai the better for the legit traders and those seeking to cash out tax free.

Disclosing past criminal records within the Caribbean CBI applications

Does anyone know if it's a good idea to disclose your past (expired) criminal records when applying for let's say St. Kitts or Grenada citizenship by investment programs? My issue is that the offence was in 2015 and has expired a few years ago and was moved to an archive. But if they do local...

Liechtenstein vs Switzerland incorporation for a crypto-related company

Wise will block you for anything related to crypto, even if there won't be direct transfers to/from exchanges. And btw it's just a EMI for your local grocery store. Try using it for a fintech company payment processing or some related activity you'll see that a Hungarian normie bank would...

Liechtenstein vs Switzerland incorporation for a crypto-related company

Thank for the inputs. Was only thinking about the Swiss setup in terms of taxation. Also I heard that there are options with a fund/trust and 0% corp income then but yes that would be a company under a microscope from the local taxmen. Currently thinking about applying for citizenship (I still...
