    Spain residency without tax residency?

They do write sporadic, so then there must be some kind of definition or opinion of what sporadic means. For example if you stay 1 month in Spain every year it would be hard fetched to claim that the remaining 11 months are sporadic.

    Spain residency without tax residency?

Have you seen any definition on how long an absence can be considered temporary? In your example you write 1 month, however how about 2 months, 3 months etc?

    Spain residency without tax residency?

They will not consider you tax resident just because you rent or own a place there. A lot of foreigners have properties in Spain and you don't (automatically) get in the system unless you register as a resident. I think the official rules for how long you can stay is not 100% clear, as they...

US LLC (perpetual traveler) - bank asks for tx residency

Is the bank account in the US? If the banks ask for your residence then just put your previous or nationality country there. for the w9-ben you can avoid filling out the form where you claim treaty benefits. When I opened a US account for a LLC they didn't ask for my personal address, maybe they...

PayPal fees, noticed I paid 38000 euro in fees in 3 years!!

Can you specify how the fee's are calculate? It does seem a bit too high. Normally it would be like 2.9-3.9% transaction fees 2% foreign fee 2% currency fee = 6.9 to 7.9% Plus the per transactions fee of 0.3eur or so, so depending on your item price this could push the percentage higher.

    Us Llc non resident

If you don't file the form them t's disregarded in the US. It can still be treated as a corporation in another country. Ok, now I've made my point many times and will leave it here.

    Us Llc non resident

It can be disregarded in the US, as it is by default. And some other countries will still consider it as a corporation for tax (with dividends and not personal income).

    Us Llc non resident

The point is that it can be disregarded in the US (no tax) and still considered as dividends in another country.
  17. X

    Us Llc non resident

Yes, so we do agree. The US can consider the distributions from a llc as dividends, and so will some other countries.

    Us Llc non resident

If you're not aware, you can file form 8832 to have a LLC treated as a corporation for tax in the US. Then it becomes the same as an inc for tax treatment in the view of IRS. Similarly, if the LLC is not tax anywhere then you could also decide to have it issue dividends if that suits your...

How to justify income of a llc us to open a bank account in SG or CH

No, but I do have HSBC accounts in other countries. Maybe if you don't have they will require a min deposit.

    Us Llc non resident

In the US you can elect to treat your LLC as a corporation for tax, so it's not quite right that a LLC can't issue dividends. The same in other countries, you could elect to issue dividends from the LLC also in other countries, even if the US consider it as a transparent entity.
