Cayman Holding while living in the EU

In addition toe PE and corporate residence rules you have the CFC rules might make you have to pay tax on the Cayman LLC's income. Those rules differ from country to country so you have to check specifically for the countries you're considering.

    Labuan Company Experience

You should still be able to benefit from the tax exemption on the directors salary (the part of it that's for directors duties). Did your agent mention this?

    Labuan Company Experience

I believe this is only the case if you work IN Malaysia. If you're a non resident and working for the Labuan company outside Malaysia, then there is no tax in Malaysia. Also, you can't legally work IN malaysia without a working visa, so this would only be a problem if you start working late in...

Spain , to obligate tourists to give them their bank info, and credit card information +others

Yes I agree. But OP wrote that you also had to give them all your bank account numbers and BALANCES, and that would be something completely different, in my opinion.

U.S. broker for foreigners? any recommendation?

So which countries can open with Schwab US? I checked and it appears to me that the account is opened with Schwab US even if you live in HK, only Singapore opens with the SG office. I can't find information about debit card, but funding instructions is to Schwab US for international accounts...

Spain , to obligate tourists to give them their bank info, and credit card information +others

I think you made up a bit on top of that article. The article didn't say you have to say how much money you have in the bank accounts. Also it says "potentially even bank accounts" - that might mean if you paid for the hotel by bank transfer you have to show the bank account number instead of...

U.S. broker for foreigners? any recommendation?

Of course. But if you live in Asia the account will be opened with their Singapore branch. EDIT: Maybe this is (no longer) the case, it appears that only Singapore address will be opened with the SG branch, while other asian countries will be opened directly with the US. Labuan Company Experience

Dividends are not taxed in Malaysia so that's no an issue. However there are rules now that can make the Labuan company taxed under the regular Malaysia tax laws instead of the 3% Labuan tax laws if you don't qualify. These rules are quite specific and require an office in Labuan, a certain...

U.S. broker for foreigners? any recommendation?

Do you mean they require ITIN now? They didn't when I opened a few years ago, was probably 2018 or 2019. Also they didn't ask any complicated questions like that. But this was before Morgan Stanley bought them. The great thing with etrade is that you get a dedicated account number in your name...

U.S. broker for foreigners? any recommendation?

etrade opens account with no minimum for some countries, but they currently doesn't disclose what countries so you'd have to ask them or send in a (paper) application.

And they confirm this is ok when you don't live in Labuan? I thought the 50k needed to be spent in Labuan. But good if it works like this. What the tax rate for the 120k yearly salary?

    Labuan Company Experience

What is the minimum operating expense requirement for this type of company in Labuan? For the work visa, do you have to rent a place in Labuan in addition to where you actually live? How much do you pay the two required labuan workers, are directors sufficient, not full time workers required...

Can my LLC get taxed doing Amazon FBA in US?

Maybe originally, but someone said about Europe VAT and you replied that Amazon withholds all VAT. Maybe a misunderstanding. Anyway, for Europe Amazon VAT it's good to keep in mind that you have to handle B2B transactions for VAT yourself.

Can my LLC get taxed doing Amazon FBA in US?

Amazon only pays taxes for B2C. B2B when sold to the same country as as where the goods are have to be calculated and paid by the seller. B2B to other countries are zero rated, but need to file EC sales list. The LLC is disregarded, so the LLC won't get taxed. You however could be taxed on the...

Investing into US stock market as a nonresident alien while avoiding US estate tax

There was a thread here some months ago where someone claimed that a single person company won't work to legally avoid estate taxes. You DON'T have to pay capital gains taxes to Ireland by holding (London listed) Ireland domiciled ETF. So this is the simple answer to your question, just buy the...
