    Gibraltar vs BVI

Do report back if you do follow up on this lead, and if it goes smooth with no issues with IRAS or with accountants etc. That's a very high fee for SG. Are they just expensive, or is it because they need to something particular to claim offshore status? If not? What is this fee for? And, did...

Will my Offshore company be considered a Local Resident Company in these countries?

It's often not automatic that it follows your personal residency. The most common corporate residency rule is where management and control is performed. You can be personally tax resident in a country without physically being there, and then it would be clear thsg the company is not run from...

Conflicting Infos between CPAs on my US LLC and US Taxes as a Non-Resident Alien (Self-Publishing on Amazon) Should I pay US taxes or not?

The LLC is disregarded, so the question is if you personally should pay taxes in the US when selling through Amazon. You'll notice that when filling out the tax interview on amazon it relates to your personal details, not the LLC. Check if other foreigners pay tax on those sales through Amazon.

Estonia increased the corporate tax on dividend distribution from 25% to 28%. Tax on profit next?

I still don't understand why you don't get it. If you have 100k to pay out, you pay 20K tax and pay out 80K. 20K is 20% of the profit of 100K, and it's 25% of the dividend of 80K.

Estonia increased the corporate tax on dividend distribution from 25% to 28%. Tax on profit next?

So strange that people continue to claim that the Estonian tax is 25% when it is 20%. If you have 100k profit that you want to pay out as dividends, you pay 20k (20%) tax and pay out 80k, this is the same as in any other country. Yes 20k is 25% of 80k, however you don't calculate the tax rate...

US LLC - questions forms 5472 and 1120

Filling fees are paid by the company. If you paid it from your personal account on behalf of the company then this could be a loan to the company, which is offset against any fee you receive from the company later. This should be clear from the accounting (that you don't file). You could put...

Do foreign SMLLC owners need to submit 1040NR?

You would only file 1040NR if you have taxable income. A CPA might tell you that the tax code is unclear and the income might be taxable, so you might want to file a protective treaty return to claim the tax treaty, as you couldn't do that if you didn't file it (if IRS should determine that the...

You can show them detailed transactions if they request it, make sure you have access to that (export copies). No need to file all transactions in the accounting.
