Ideal offshore tax structure for UK based Ltd company

Can you do the same for me, if possible. I have a UK limited but nothing close to the turnover of the OP though.

    German resident and UK income

So, the phone number and address is UK based and you are right that UK tax authority gets this information. I think I have now prioritized peace of mind. I would eventually like to use this money to buy a flat in Germany. So might as well bite the bullet and pay their ridiculous taxes.

    German resident and UK income

BTW This money also never touched German accounts. What are the chances of getting caught? Can I continue this for a few years (assuming the money is never used in Germany).

    German resident and UK income

Yeah, I am thinking this as well. Especially with a kid depending on me as well, it is probably not worth it for me to do this. So far I have been using the UK account and a UK address but this is hardly sustainable going forward.

    German resident and UK income

I am a German resident and citizen and I have a full-time job here which pays taxes as usual and everything is on board. Now additionally, I have been a bit naughty and have been doing some side jobs for a company based in the UK (and been using my old UK bank account) and generating around...

Has anyone got any experience with closeaeuropeancompany.com

I have to close a German company which is a subsidiary of a UK company and I need to close the UK company before I can close the German company. I need an accountant who can take the accounts prepared by a German accountant (not GAAP compliant) and use it to prepare the 2021 tax returns to be...

What are the chances of getting caught?

I have a kid in Germany who I want to be a good father to. Else, yes, I would have moved somewhere (simply to increase the distance to my psycho ex-wife).

What are the chances of getting caught?

I have been out for about 2 years, so it has been a while and it definitely qualifies for German taxes. I am hoping if I can stay under the radar for 6 months and then go straight, it will go unnoticed.

What are the chances of getting caught?

So, the bank has no German information on file. Not even a phone number. I do not plan to do this for long term. My situation is pretty bad due to divorce and other personal stuff and even if I could skimp on like 6 months, that would really help. After that, I plan to report everything...

What are the chances of getting caught?

Pardon the very direct question. Assuming one lives in Germany and has an old bank account in the UK, which still receives something like 5K every month due to services rendered and the money never leaves the account. What are the odds for the German authorities finding this out if one neglects...

Advice for someone in my situation in Germany

@CaptK Thanks for the reply. I am based in Germany and I think the laws are that I am liable for full CT in Germany unbless I have misunderstood your post. Would that be lagal given that the German laws ask you to pay full taxes in Germany if you are resident there?

Advice for someone in my situation in Germany

@Sols Thanks for the frank and honest advise. Yes, like I said I was not very optimistic. What about if I want to use the earnings of the company as a retirement nest? So, I do not touch the money (not ideal) till my kid is grown up and moving is an option?

Advice for someone in my situation in Germany

Hello all, I am glad to come across this forum and this is my first post, so please be gentle :) We recently moved to Germany from the UK with our 3 year old son and then my wife basically decided to divorce and separate from me. After a bitter child custody battle, which drained my money and...
