It's possible to sign an offshore account without the help of ant Agent or other 3rd party but it's most often easier to get the account if you have one by hand to help you.

Yeah got it, anyway they have my account "under review" atm. so I pretty much lost with the money on that account. Seems Piraeus has some very special Internal rules which don't apply to official International Banking Laws and they put such laws beside when it comes to the slightest reputation...

Yes you will have to pay personal tax regardless where you are incorporating your company unless you move out of your country and pay tax somewhere else if applicable. There are at least double tax treaties you can make use of it certain cases you want to ask a tax firm for more advise on this.

Great offshore jurisdiction for foreigners it seems. Same place where Stripe Atlas incorporate companies. The only thing you need to be aware of is accounting and filing of tax is mandatory for the company!
