A new company takes aprox 2 weeks to get incorporated in Cyprus what about a dormant company gaed say 1 or 2 years how long before we can do business? The documents need to be re notarized and apostilled right?

PayPal is more secure for sure but if they don't accept offshore corps they are not worth it and payment processors like wordlpay.com may be better options!

What I have heard from many is that they are a rip off but then again my personal experience is the opposite had never any issues with them.

I may know which bank you're talking about. They can also just accept 2 bank statements + utility bill not older than a few months rather then the reference letter. I hold an account with them since a few years! They are OK but not the best and very expensive!

I didn't had any troubles opening an account with them for about 4 years ago where I was referred by a friend to them. Have been using them since ever then with smaller amounts below the 5k!

But a simple Trust in the Seychelles is easy to form and don't require much as I found out! The annual fee is also not that high so it may be worth to consider or don't you think so?
