    It is not registered as E-Money, so this is why it has not records on UK Financial Services Register. It is not regulated by the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and/or the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

    I make a search for the registered company on UK Financial Conduct Authority (Financial Conduct Authority ) and Leopay (Leupay Ltd) does not exist, so anybody know where is it registered? p.s. iCard AD is registered.
