there are different slabs applicable in income tax, If your profit is small or less then you dont have to pay tax on that. Similarly if you make 10's of accounts and divide profit into 10 accounts then offcourse you need to pay very less tax as compare to 1 account.

I think you have to pay an income tax on any income\profit you make annually... Though if your profit is small then it is negotiable to almost free. There are slabs applicable to all type of profit

I have never heard of transferring money through dividends. Though i am sure you can transfer the money from a foreign company to home country..

The best thing to avoid tax cost is opening many accounts. Because the tax slab is almost free on an average you need to spread all your income into many accounts to save tax

If you are selling products\services, the obvious thing is the the buyer have to pay the vat tax including with the cost of product\service. This rule is applicable to most of the countries

i think these tax rates are quite high as comparison with other countries. The cheap rates tax related i think is from countries like canada. I am thinking to open a bank account in canada and looking to withdraw money from there

i think if your profit is less then 400$, you should not need to worry about anything. But if your profit is bigger then 400$, you should really take an advice from income tax department
