    PNB Banka victim, assessing options

BTW buddy, try to contact the MTB : General , I know that they are more opened to non-residents than sweds banks. You also have the option to go to the Blueorange, but this bank is widely known as a laundromat, so it's up to you.

    PNB Banka victim, assessing options

CIM Banque is a good option, i know this bank since many years and they have always been serious guys, so fees are high but service is good. I guess epayments open accounts for Ukraine citizens (you need to confirm this info). Don't forget that once you have found a solution, you will have to go...

For best privacy and no CRS - Wyoming LLC or Georgia Ltd?

Well, it all depends on the tax residency, a guy doing ecommerce and living in Dubai for instance can see a lot of advantages of having a US LLC in regards to payment processors.

    PNB Banka victim, assessing options

You can basically go to Citadele in Latvia and ask the transfer of your funds to any accounts under your name, in the meantime you can also ask to Citadele to open a personal account for you. Regarding your question, i would probably transfer to Georgia.

HK/Latvia/Malta + Latvia Bank for Digital Goods Company?

Yes, this is absolutely correct info ! Latvian private banks have a bad reputation as they were for ages a laudromat for some uknown russian money. In another hand, Scandinavian banks in Latvia (which are about 90% of the local banking sector) are well regulated and have good liquidities.

HK/Latvia/Malta + Latvia Bank for Digital Goods Company?

I wouldn't give you the advice to avoid Latvian banks, to be precise, you should avoid Latvian private banks such as Latvia pasta bank, Rietumu, etc... But major scandinavian banks like Swedbank, Luminor or SEB are very decent banks and much better than mostly Italian or Spanish banks for...

Company In Estonia, Residence in Portugal

Just a quick search : https://www.livinginportugal.com/en/moving-to-portugal/tax-regime-for-non-habitual-residents/ - In short, with the A1 form from Portugal, you will be taxed at a rate of 20%, what is much better than you would you pay in mostly west EU countries. Plus, be warned on the fact...

Company In Estonia, Residence in Portugal

If you are tax exempted, you won't have to pay taxes on your salaries, but i higly doubt that this is even possible within the EU, cause to wave social taxes in Estonia, you will have to provide an A1 form - meaning that social taxes are paid in Portugal (So taxes have to be paid somewhere). You...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Buddy, i know a bunch of west banks which are much worst than the Latvian banks i previously mentionned. I have to agree with you on the fact that banking in the EU nowadays is probably not the wisest decision ;)

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Definitely ! But only in major banks such as swedbank, Luminor or SEB (not that easy to bank there without residency btw)

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Martin, the bank was closed for not complying with the EU requirements in terms of liquidity, i'm handling right now the transfer of accounts from the PNB to the Citadele bank, that's a very specific and awkward case (No one really knows what lead to that decision - most probably a political...
