Are there any USA EMI's like revolut around?

USA is a clusterf*ck in sense of banks because it looks like one country but for banks/EMIs it is 50 states they need to get licenses in! Only one I know and found personally was Simple | Online Banking With Built-In Budgeting & Saving Tools

Belize, Public Statement CryptoCurrency prohibited from Feb. 2019!

I read all and only see advising and precautions against Crypto but no "banning". Can somebody clarify?

Cyprus company for my new business activity!

With Nominees? You can only open bank accounts/EMIs with the help of your service provider from where you've got your Nominees (and you have to pay him for that service). No bank or EMI will allow you to open with Nominees easily.

Which EMIs allow SWIFT incoming USD (without reference number)?

no, would be cool of course but I only need to accept SWIFT incoming. For now I settled with Revolut (which accepts USD incoming via SWIFT for Cyprus company). But I'm still interested in alternatives.

Which EMIs allow SWIFT incoming USD (without reference number)?

De-dollarize my US clients is not an option.

Which EMIs allow SWIFT incoming USD (without reference number)?

Hi, my company is based in Cyprus (EU). Unfortunately Transferwise's US partner bank does not work with Cyprus based entities so I cannot accept USD directly to my Transferwise account :( :( I know Revolut for Business accepts SWIFT USD incoming to company's name without a "stupid" reference...

    Emi's awards 2019

Just noticed... Paydek Website looks exactly like Paxum which is a well known adult EMI (which is not a bad thing). Funny...

Cyprus' requirements to create an offshore company as private (BEPS)

Hi guys, I'm living in Cyprus as non-dom. 2019 I want to create an Belize IBC. My original plan was to do that as subsidiary of my Cyprus Limited. But because BEPS and new CFC rules are going to happen EU wide I cancelled this plan. So the solution is to create an Belize IBC as a private...

Is it safe to keep funds in EMI accounts?

I think it depends. EMIs are working usually with another bank or their country's central bank together to store the money. So theoretically they are at least as safe as a bank and in some cases even safer. For example: I mean in no way I would get a Lithuania Central Bank account but through a...

Which Jurisdiction is Best for an Internet Marketing Company?

It seems you can narrow your list down very good on your own ;) Yes, the idea is to start with freelancers (contract basis), but as the company grows, I would like to start hiring permanent employees. I don't see why this is complicated, could you expand more on that? When you hire real...

Paypal allowed with all banks in cyprus?

Hi, I'm from Cyprus and I created a company PayPal account with Bank of Cyprus and later switched to only Paysera (Lithuania) without problems. So maybe this country restriction on PayPal is only on account creation?! Btw: How do you have a account on Central Bank of Cyprus ???

Which Jurisdiction is Best for an Internet Marketing Company?

It's not about jurisdictions alone. Your list narrows the countries - Ability to have a bank account & credit card in other jurisdiction (UK - Revolut - multi-currency) Bank accounts is the most complicated. If you want Revolut you need to look at all countries Revolut is working in. Also to...

Cheques: Any Fintech banks or EMIs which accepts them?

I've also (re-)thought about this for a while. Maybe it's also not good in general. Cheques clearance from another country can take ages (even 1-2 months). So I really create a local bank account for getting the money from this cheque :( I'm now pretty sure it's the fastest way.

How to avoid taxes for selling virtual item based sites?

Payment gateways usually work only with US or EU entities. There usually do not work together with Belize or Seychelles companies at all.

Don't want to pay Vat anymore

If you are living in EU there is no legal way (even with all kind of subsidiaries constructions) to avoid paying VAT. Only half legal way is to get yourself out of EU and live outside EU. But even then you are supposed to pay EU VAT for EU sold products and if you are shipping physical goods you...

Cheques: Any Fintech banks or EMIs which accepts them?

I recently got a cheque for my company (crossed a/c payeer) and it seems I have to create a new local bank account (Cyprus) just to get the money from this cheque because all my foreign bank accounts do not process cheques at all (did not expected to receive a cheque ever). Just want to know if...

Please recommend EMI or remote corporate Bank account for receiving USD Wires from individuals

Transferwise Borderless Account if you are living in EU. Only exception is that this does not work if you living in Cyprus (stupid exception from their US banking partners).

Minimum setup: creating a Belize IBC subsidiary for a Cyprus company

No not really, but I think I cannot just set office to Cyprus for a Belize subsidiary (I think that's one bit too less, even for Cyprus)... it should look at least a little bit like there is something in Belize.

Minimum setup: creating a Belize IBC subsidiary for a Cyprus company

Some information: - I'm living in Cyprus (EU) - Having a Cyprus Limited - I don't care about anonymity/privacy in this setup (non EU subsidiary should be pretty ok for Cyprus). - Bank account and where/how to create is not important in this question, it's more about: Am I doing it right in...
