Company in Georgia + Bank Account + PayPal possible?

I got the bank account in person in place. It's still possible to create Georgian bank accounts remotely if you know the right persons.

Company in Georgia + Bank Account + PayPal possible?

Just speaking on own experience: Opened a PayPal Account with Georgian company 2 weeks ago. But you know PayPal... it's better to have a domestic bank account for them (but not sure if a must have). All you need is a Georgian SIM card and then you can verify your Georgian credit card and...

How much would cost a consultation from one of the "big four" ?

It starts with low 5 figures (>10000€) for anything serious and the sky is the limit ;)

    TransferWise - Debit MasterCard Status?

This works for private accounts. This will not work for business accounts and is also risky. Risky means you will loose all your TransferWise accounts in worst case (violation of terms).

    EMIs with US bank details

That's clearly an US entity. AFAIK Worldfirst does not operate for US entities anymore.

Local US bank account with EU company

Just Google for World First valuation and then you will see a past valuation on TechCrunch and Crunchbase and that a branch of Alibaba bought them. I think impressive is that World First moved double digit billions since creation and I know people buy e.g. houses with World First FX services and...

Is Cyprus the best option for an EU company ?

Definitely not. That was okay some years ago. Cyprus is actively fighting against so called shell companies. In fact using a address at your accountants office is not 100% compliant since 2019, even for locals living in Cyprus. You need an office where somebody can sit inside theoretically and...

Local US bank account with EU company

Paysera will not work. They are absolutely incompatible with USD receiving in every way. Worldfirst World Account. It's more or less a competitor to TransferWise.

    Interactive Broker as a end-stop?

Can you please elaborate in a few words? I was also looking into IB for a few thousand Dollars because it seems safer and easier to stash it there than a normal offshore bank. As I said... it's not a lot of money (it's all relative anyways, it's a lot for me).

    TransferWise - Debit MasterCard Status?

You only get debit cards when you are living inside here https://transferwise.com/help/18/tr...a-transferwise-debit-mastercard-in-my-country and your company also needs to reside in that list.

New Mexico LLC + Cyprus Non-Dom

I researched that all: - US LLC is useless together with Cyprus tax residency because it's tax transparent, forget dividends, it's personal income. Also there are withholding taxes on dividends (5% or 15%) on US side and I'm not sure if they are really excluded. - Estonian company is useless...

anyone know if TW does this ....

Keep communication with TransferWise and as the admin says speak with them! Otherwise be aware: Multiple accounts in TransferWise is against their terms normally and they will block and close all your accounts if you do so without communication with them.

Banking/EMI solution for a Cypriot company that is paid in USD

US LLC is a very bad recommendation. Depending on the purpose of transaction this creates Nexus or other obligations within USA (taxes). Also problematic to be compliant then with US LLC->Cyprus. Maybe you also have to pay withholding taxes within USA. Your options: Get a multicurrency account...

Where is it possible to setup a real offshore bank account?

Offshore means in another country, right? All business accounts here require of course deep KYC. All are real banks. I don't know if they accept all your jurisdictions you mentioned (but the chance is high). CIM Banque (CH), high fees, high first deposit Wirecard Bank (DE), I think minimum fees...

Please urgent advice needed - US LLC NM - FR

Throw that whole setup into the trashcan if you really live in France. A US LLC is 90% sure tax transparent to yourself (in France) and what you want to do is with your explained setup is a tax crime within France. Did you researched yourself this setup or did a professional recommended that to...

    Bank account for Georgian company

I heard about Germans (I don't know such fools personally) who only open a bank account in Georgia to hide their money there because they think: No CRS and reporting, my money is invisible. I bet my a*s they will get in trouble in some years. Such fools are also hurting in long term the...

    Bank account for Georgian company

Georgia is bonding more and more with EU and at some time they have to follow OECD rules. CRS will come sooner or later also within Georgias banks for sure... it's only a matter of time.

    Paysera

They handle personal and business account differently. For personal account and high transactions they want you to do Skype. For business account they don't want that process and verify the documents. I've also never done an interview on personal account but I can confirm that my business...

Worldfirst was closing down US operations for US entities. If you are not based in US you are not affected. Simple.

Non-Resident Business Banking: One Question To Increase Your Success

Nevertheless it's super interesting. Never thought myself that the interest rate could be one of the big reasons for openness or restrictions in the banking sector! But should not it be also easier to get loans/financing then too for foreign companies? <- because this is still super hard for...
