it was end of 2022 (september i guess), they asked to choose weather to move the balance of the account to another bank or to let them to Qenta; i tried to move my balance to another bank but my transfer has been lost somehow,,,the i became an involuntary opt-in it seems.- stalker

I didn't have any gold, I only had an account in your bank with a balance of around $50k, I opened the account in 2016 when the bank was still in the Grenadines... it's not clear whether I'm optin or optout, in 2022 I tried to transfer the balance to a European trading account, but the transfer...- stalker

from the last report the gold and silver that Qenta hold, if liquidated, should grant a gain to the optin clients estimated to 18.000$ each one. in other words, IF (if) those metals have been liquidated today, the optin should receive extramoney. the last report don't talk about that.... the same happened to me, the customer care 2 weeks ago told me that I should actually be considered an opt-out, and they don't know why my transfer wasn't processed. they told me to inform the liquidator of this fact, for now I haven't written to him yet. To say the truth, both EPB (Andrew) e Qenta (Raffy) replied to me very quickly. I asked about the homebanking then the discussion moved on my transfer lost in 2022....the problem is the lack of transparency to me, not how fast they reply (they did it, to me atleast)- stalker
