    Agreed. Step 1 is to determine the tax residency requirements of your home country. If you haven't been tax resident there these last few years your have nothing to worry about.

    I'm not sure about Spain specifics but in theory, yes. Company registration and personal bank account shouldn't be an issue but banks might want to see a business plan or references for a corporate account

    Pick your country of choice, move there and start fresh. Nobody is going to ask where past wealth comes from. Even your original country, if you've been there less than half a year each year you're likely not tax resident there either.

    Kraken banks with Fidor, so I can't see them having any issues. Unfortunately for me Fidor only onboard German companies and EU individuals.

    Thanks. I'll definitely contact them. The faq in their website has the following, which is problematic. Hopefully it doesn't apply to business accounts.
