And you're sure that will qualify as tax residency?

I wasn't aware one could buy tax residency. How does this work?

Opening a Belize jurisdiction or somewhere else?

Fantastic, glad you are moving in a direction. Just a small note, while undistributed profits remain untaxed there is corporate tax on distributed profits.

US Banking options - I'm confused

My brother has a traditional bank account in the US (with RBC) and needs to pay some funds to me. How would he get those funds to my TransferWise?

US Banking options - I'm confused

I managed to obtain a TW business account that accepts USD payments. All good and well, except I can't figure out how clients will make payment to this account. In my home country online payments between bank accounts are the norm, as it seems are SEPA type payments in Europe. Is there any sort...

United Arab Emirates - AMCFZ Company

As long as you are aware of the risk you are taking, remembering that there are worldwide reporting agreements. If sars cast their eye upon you the full profit of the company will be taxed in your personal capacity and at your marginal rate. If you're comfortable with that risk then by all means...

Note that South Africa has some pretty rigid CFC rules you'll need to get around.

    Bank(not EMI) for EU company

Would that mean Revolut deposits are not currently guaranteed?

    Bank(not EMI) for EU company

I agree about the greater security for a bank. My question was referring to the Revolut accounts specifically - if they have a bank license, what would make their accounts "real bank" accounts and no longer EMI?

What is the difference between a real bank account and an EMI?

    Bank(not EMI) for EU company

This depends where you are based? Fidor opens accounts online, but only for DE registred companies. N26 works with a broader list of countries and Revolut also has a business offering.

Have you considered Lebanese CFC rules, and possibly taxes related to permanent establishments? Step 1 would be to make sure you can get around those.

Best / cheapest way to receive USD

Setting up a company for this is complete overkill. I'd rather receive the funds into my own account and pay the associated charges and expensive exchange rate if I must. I was looking for an easy / cheap alternative. Anyway, I think having the payer do the conversion in TW might end up working...

Best / cheapest way to receive USD

That isn't very hard. Here is the list: https://transferwise.com/help/17/borderless-account/2810318/why-cant-i-get-usd-account-details My current plan is to have the payer register on TransferWise and deposit the USD into their TW. They can then convert to EUR and pay to my EU account.
