    No you can't do that. My advice is to get the help of a friend to do this. Don't go for companies which do e-currency conversions because most of them are scams. Further if PayPal finds out you are engaging e-currency transfer they would close your account as it is against their TOS.

    It depends on which type of account you are having with PayPal. If you are having premier or business account you have to pay a few of around 2% per transaction. However if you are having personal accounts then they won't charge fee.

    I don't think e-bay would sell PayPal. Although e-bay is facing tough times and its profits have plummeted. But PayPal doesn't face serious funding problems. Hence it won't be wise for e-bay to sell PayPal.

    I had used western Union a couple of time and I never had a problem using them. Although I think that their commissions are a bit high however if you are not aware of how people use Western Union for scam then you would certainly have bitter experience with western union.

    There are many alternative to alertpay. However the main problem is if your business is oriented towards MLM and other gambling ones then they would allow you to use their services. As far as I know there is no good alternative to alertpay in this case.

    It normally takes time depending upon the geographical location you are in. Since the epassporte servers are not updated frequently it would take its time. However I am sure if your id is correctly entered then you would get payments in a matter of time.

    I had used western union money transfer method twice. I once send and received payment through western union. In my experience western union is really nice however people in US won't like that much like in other countries.

    I think most of the other payment processors like epassporte, firepay are supported in most countries however there are few African and Asian countries which are not being supported by PayPal.

    I guess you have to speak to the buyer and figure out what really went wrong. PayPal would in most cases would take the side of the buyer and it is important that we resolve disputes between him before contacting PayPal.

    I had never heard anyone winning a dispute against PayPal and they can't win too. In their user agreement PayPal states that any disputes would be only handled at the courts in their locality which many people won't approach on most cases.

    Yes, I had the same experience. Their customer support system is not very efficient while handling calls which are very urgent. When my account was hacked I was put on hold for 30 minutes before being answered which was really irritating.

    No, don't do that they are scam mails. They would steal your personal data and money. I used to receive tons of such mails the best way is to delete any mails which asks for your information and asks you to log in.

    PayPal is relatively safe just like other online accounts. The point is that we have to be more careful regarding keylogger software and scam mails which would easily collect data from most people who are new to this. That is the reason why people have to be careful when dealing with passwords.
