E-Gold the Rise and Fall - Bullion of Bandits

A good informative article on E-gold. E-gold did had a lot of potential at the start. If everything went legally it would have still been a famous processor. I could partly or entirely blame it on the e-gold founder for getting this processor in to trouble through illegal activities.

    is AlertPay safe?

So far I haven't yet encountered no problems with PayPal. Since their fee structure and policies are more or less transparent it creates less doubt and their customer service too is moderate on most cases.

This is a very good move. I was having problems with this fee before. However it looks like this fee had gone for good. It would certainly enhance the reputation of PayPal now.

Yes, it certainly affects the credibility of the site and gets penalized by Google and other search engines. The best option is not to go for such short term traffic stuffs and instead the webmasters have to concentrate on long term gradual development of the site.

How important is the country the Host is based? Host Overseas?

Well it doesn't matters in which country your hosts is located. All that matters is the accessibility speed and the bandwidth offered. Since many of the websites traffic come from international members it doesn't make any difference if your hosts is international or domestic.

Difference between personal and business Paypal accounts

In my opinion unless you don't have any serious investments in PayPal, it would be always better to stick with personal account. And once your limits for personal account are almost exceeded then it would be a good time to upgrade to the merchant ones.

    Seller on eBay?

PayPal is really good to be used along with e-bay. However I would advice not to use them if you are depending on PayPal for some other businesses other than selling. If anything goes wrong buyers are given first preference when compared with sellers.

PayPal negative balance on my account what to do?

Don't do such sort of things. PayPal is not something that we could easily underestimate. It is a big corporate and a company of e-bay. And also if any legal hurdles come up you can only apply at the court where PayPal is situated and not anywhere in the world.

Yes, the donations received are taxable as business income. And it is not taxable if your organization is non taxable like a charity or church. Further many people I know doesn't announce their donations amount and they would keep it as much as possible without paying tax for it.
