    Are you talking about UAE banks (say mashreq, nbd) or International banks (Citi, HSBC) but their UAE office that you would not hold too much there? Would opening HSBC account in Dubai allow you to open an account in HK or Singapore more easily?

    Argh that sucks. I'd probably consult with a few people, I've been getting a lot of conflicting information. Maybe all of it is true and nobody really knows what the exact process or system is. It's down to finding a kickass lawyer who will bribe whoever is needed to get the job done.

    Can you get the 60 day rule if you have a company + rented place without going through the immigration and getting legal residency? In all honesty I thought legal residency is a requirement for the 60 day rule and non Dom.
