[WISE] Do they close business accounts based on owner info?

Of course while everything is fine, they do. But when one of your accounts gets banned, they'll also ban all the others

[WISE] Do they close business accounts based on owner info?

Hello, The new one is crypto related, while others are digital product sales and consulting. I don't have a nominee and everything is on my name (Wise can easily connect me and all my companies I guess)

[WISE] Do they close business accounts based on owner info?

Hello everyone, I have a question. I am in the process of opening a new company (USA LLC or UK LTD). I already own other companies and respective Wise accounts, but this business is going to be more risky than previous. Is it possible that Wise, knowing I'm the owner of these companies, if they...

Nominees - What risk do they handle?

Yes right. Btw they don't have the same name (Stripe doesn't really care about that).

Nominees - What risk do they handle?

How does the UBO requirement work with that? Can't the nominee be UBO too? I don't care about being shareholder nor director of the company - no money is going to be handled by that company anyway. Basically what I need is a EU company to own a Stripe account, but money will go directly to a US...

Nominees - What risk do they handle?

Thank you. For my need, the nominee wouldn't really have access to anything company-related as the company will not even have a bank account. So, if I use a UK LTD, my liability protection is close to zero right? Thanks

Nominees - What risk do they handle?

Hello everyone. I have one big doubt. Which kind of risks do nominee administrator and shareholders take? I mean, wouldn't the nominee be legally responsible for taxes and any kind of obligation for the company? Why would I - the entrepreneur - take care of taxes and bureaucracy if I'm not going...

    EU company as Stripe pass-through?

Hello everyone, I have a very strange question for you today. I own a US LLC. Everything is fine etc, but Stripe for US LLCs has crazy high fees (2.9% as base fee + 2% for conversion fee and extra-US card charge). I end up paying like 5% of my gross income only for Stripe, which kind of defeats...

    Where to create offshore company

USA LLC + Transferwise? (Not a bank account, but if you're 0% tax resident you won't leave there a lot of money) 1. OK 2. OK 3. OK 4. OK 5. Depends. New Mexico is quite safe for now. 6. OK (not bank, but EMI works fine) Cons: Transferwise does not provide card. Mercury provides card, but only...

    Mentor Group for anonymity!

Hello, thanks for your reply. I still didn't get the activation after 1+ day (on Coinbase the transaction seems confirmed). Is everything fine?

Is opening an Ltd/Llc undone easily, on average? Is it better to open one and fail early than to sit around trying to come up with a perfect plan?

Yes it's pretty easy and cheap to close a LTD/LLC. I'd just pick the one with lowest taxes and/or lowest maintenance (reports, invoices etc.).
