Getting a mortgage or a business loan

I would be considering a secured loan. I see people that are stable to one country (and) job, to be able to easily take loans at a very low rate, for even less than an annual 1% (talking about European countries, e.g. in France). When you're saying collateral, you mean hard assets, like flats...

Getting a mortgage or a business loan

How do you guys doing with getting a business loan or a mortgage? EMIs are great for privacy, but they are not offering such options. I would like to invest in properties worldwide, where I can move if I want for a couple of months, and rent it through Airbnb/Booking the rest of the year. But...

Nominee directors / shareholders and privacy

If someone is a nominee UBO for multiple companies, technically he would be showing millions as revenue from different companies.. Doesn't this raise an issue somewhere? Also the bank opens at the name of the company I guess, where is the UBO declared? This is something the bank will do, for...

Nominee directors / shareholders and privacy

Cool thanks, what is your opinion on that? For me it sounds quite scary not to be a shareholder on the company, sounds like the person can take all the money and go, no? I have a friend who has done it, he was withdrawing all the money in cash at the end of the month..

Nominee directors / shareholders and privacy

Hello, When someone creates a company with a nominee director and/or nominee shareholders (e.g. in Cyprus), does he keep his information private? E.g. if he takes dividends from this company, is there a way for other countries to learn the true beneficial of the dividends? Also in case of an...

Why risk offshore? Just pay some taxes

Here is my question to a certified UK accountant and his response (feel free to decrypt it): Question: The director of a limited company, who is a resident in another country, is he subject to the dividend tax in the UK? (the dividend tax that is applied on dividends after the corporation tax)...

Why risk offshore? Just pay some taxes

Actually, dividend tax is taxed on the source (at least in UK, France). That means that if you take dividends from your company, you will have to pay dividend tax in the country where the company is based in (even if you live in another country). Can someone correct me if this is wrong?

Offshore or low-tax solution for software developer

I had a similar situation in the past where I charged EU pharmaceutical companies from my company in the UK (the software is not sold any more). You mentioned your clients are not EU-VAT registered, that mean you are selling b2c software? So it should be lots of individual sales ? For example UK...

Company in EU, IT and consulting services in fr

Hello all, I'm an EU citizen (no tax-free country), and have some clients in France, providing consulting and IT services. I also have had some UK clients in the past, and I have some (very) small revenue from mobile apps worldwide. Currently, I have a UK company, which is normally paying its...
