    Crypto Life Card (avoid)

A good alternative might be crypto.com's card. Has worked well for me and a friend of mine. Friend pushed ALOT through it and was never asked for SOF, nothing ever frozen. I've used crypto.com merchant gateway for accepting crypto from clients (client pays crypto i get euros wired to me by...

    Zen.com and CRS?

At least with Mafia in the late 90s/early 2000s you could pay them to f**k off, or they would even help you to make more money so they would earn more...

    Zen.com and CRS?

Yes, this country is absolutely terrible to do business in. If not tax authority, then prosecutor, if not prosecutor then government regulations. Everyone is throwing s**t under your feet so you fail... not only do business people have s**t like this on their heads, I can also forget the sun...

    Zen.com and CRS?

They at least managed to relocate to Cyprus fairly quickly. This is all fairly normal for Poland. Some tech company does well, some sheriff prosecutor wants to make a name for himself and issues arrest warrant. In Poland it is enough for prosecutor to sign a document and you get 6am raid in...

    Zen.com and CRS?

Zen is the last EMI I would use, because much of their business is based in Poland. Polish prosecutors sooner or later destroy any innovative business run from within the country. It happens so frequently you would almost suspect it's some kind of conspiracy to prevent the Polish economy from...

The worst EMI in the world

It all comes down to what you are doing and probably where you are in the world... I've been using Wise as a current account for over a year. I use it for groceries etc - it's really my "primary" bank card. I've transferred in and out of various banks. I also use it for US LLC for a year...

What's the simplest VPN with possible static IP to buy?

This is incorrect. They don't have bad customer support - they have NO customer support ;) None the less, they haven't had any major outages besides that recent one where people's s**t was down for days. My VPN has been up for nearly a year without issues, and if something get's fucked on the...

What's the simplest VPN with possible static IP to buy?

The absolute cheapest solution I found was to buy a VPS at contabo.com and setup wiregaurd on it. Costs around 5eur/mo for my whole company.

    Question Liechtenstein private banking

At this point there's little reason to keep money in Lichtenstein from what I can see. You can't hide it there because they'll report it and the fees are ridiculously high - 80 CHF for an outgoing wire transfer, 450-500 CHF quarterly account maintenance. I don't know, maybe this is normal and...

Can you reliably use Wise for mid 6 figures if you have SoF?

No issues thus far - US LLC and I reside in Europe. The US LLC bills almost exclusively US customers. It may well be a situation where I don't have problems until I have problems, but that's really the case for every bank and EMI.

Can you reliably use Wise for mid 6 figures if you have SoF?

I've been running 6 figures through Wise for nearly a year, no issues at all. The only thing EVER was a prompt asking why I was transferring money to Jersey which when answered the transfer went through immediately but that might have been because I was doing a USD transfer whereas everything...

Is Cyprus suitable for adult business?

This is incorrect, i know the story you are talking about. The news story went on some site and was echo'd by other sites and it turned out to be complete fiction and was retracted by most of the news sites that posted it. No one was able to find any actual court document about it, and on...

Is Cyprus suitable for adult business?

There has to be both profiting and prostitution for it to be illegal, bazaraki has free ads (this is of course within the extreme interpretation that an escort site is profiting from facilitation)

Is Cyprus suitable for adult business?

There are a dozen reasons it's legal and one that it might be illegal, but if you get some ambitious prosecutor that wants something in his CV - it's still a couple of years of hell, having equipment seized and searched, your privacy violated, and all sorts of stress. Better to just do it where...

Is Cyprus suitable for adult business?

I cannot speak for Cyprus specifically but when these laws were written in most countries there was no such thing as escorting websites. In theory, you are right. In practice, a prosecutor might interpret that any "help" you provide to a prostitute that earns you money constitutes profiting from...

    Bank account in Jersey

You don't apply for a tier or anything like that but I think you need to have some minimum balance if you aren't an HSBC Premiere customer. I had to have a minimum balance for Jersey and then HSBC I guess treats what you have across all accounts as a minimum

    Bank account in Jersey

Nope, all online or phone. The call was mostly to say they are processing my stuff and to verify my details. A bit of back and forth email later because they wanted a utility bill in english which I couldn't produce but they ended up accepting my HSBC Jersey bank statement as proof of address.

    Bank account in Jersey

I went through their app - easier because it has the entire onboarding process with taking photos of your passport etc built in, and then a day or two later some guy contacted me from their call center.

    Bank account in Jersey

If it helps at all, Bunq will accept romania. It's not a highstreet bank but it is an actual bank covered by a national insurance and not an EMI.
