I've noticed it is a bad luck to overload with info UK banks' clerks :) They start to look at you weird and then shut down themselves completely :) )

or if they don't like an idea of an agent/intermediary nominee uk company for offshore IBC I could tell me what they want to hear? They wouldn't care, would they?

Ok, that is what I thought... So then I create UK Company and tell UK bank that this company is going to be an agent to offshore company? Or how do I explain to the bank?

Is it possible for non resident company to open up a business bank account in UK? Or this option is long gone and you have to create UK company and as an agent transfer money back to offshore bank account for a fee?

I went to several my banks and nobody is willing to vouch for me I barely made possible to receive status inquiry about me sent to me, 10GBP fee incompentence of bank managers and various officials is amazing.... nobody knows anything nor willing to do anything They say this reference...
