The SEPA or Swift transfers will be to an exchanges or to other crypto friendly banks and then to an exchange. I hope now it's clear :)

Both netteller and skrill offers card funding, but fees will be higher.

Hi @Harrytinder, I'm looking for such a set up also. You can try worldcore they accepts card funding fees are low also and you can transfer using SEPA transfers. Plus I think they are bit more crypto friendly.
