CY resident + Romania micro company

The plan is to setup the company and get the residency. But for sometimes I would just travel somewhere else. For example 2 months country A, 3 months country B (but not more than 6 months in my own country). I will keep track of this, so I can proof my life abroad. It is safe or I still need...

It's completely legal to manage your llp from Dubai? There is an official statement for this?

CY resident + Romania micro company

My consultant told me i can get the residence permit + the company by setting up both through a legal address they provide. What do you think guys about that? I can get in trouble with my country (Italy) with this setup?

CY resident + Romania micro company

I'm thinking about Timisoara, Brasov or Bucarest but i will probably go for Timisoara, cuz is cheaper and, just in case, easily reachable by car since it's close to the border on the west side. If anyone is interested to share some thoughts or costs we can discuss about it ;)

Life in UAE advantages & disadvantages

So that being said, do you think that getting the UAE tax residency + UK llp is useless and just a potential trouble maker for an Italian or french national?

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Yup I'm thinking to go in Timisoara and not spending more than 5 months in my home country. I was wondering if I rent an apartment but I don't stay in Romania for 183 days, but I rather spend let's say another 5 months elsewhere (without triggering the 183 days rules), I think I would not get...

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Hi @halaba ! So are you happy with your choice about Romania? Do you really live there or you setup your stuff just for tax purposes? I'm probably gonna do the same move... May I ask you which city did you choose?

Have anyone successfully leveraged Portugal NHR and paid 0% taxes?

The NHR is supposed to benefit those who get only passive income. So you don't have to manage actively your company from Portugal if you don't want to be asked to pay Portoguese corporate taxes there ;)

(Tax) residency wanted. Down to the real problem of being a digital nomad

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience. After long long thinking I'm about to take my decision between Bulgaria and Romania. May I ask you why did you choose Bulgaria instead of Romania (which have lower taxes). Are you living for real in Bulgaria and which city do you like more? thanks :)

    Micro Company Romania set up

I think if you proper structure your setup yes. this means having a real office and at least one employee / director of your company. Then probably it's gonna work with NHR

Where to live with max 0-5% total tax

There is also the problem about the POEM (place of effective management) which you should take care of. If you are the solo director and owner of this company; and you have no office, no employees, but just a shell company in Estonia, in theory i think you are gonna trigger this rule and Malta...

Estonia Oü or UK Ltd/LLC? which is the easiest to manage?

Hi @spacely :) Can you please tell us why do you think Estonia is better than Romania, Bulgaria or Malta for example? And in practice, what would be in your opinion the ideal strategy to avoid or at least reduce the 20% tax? Because it seems you have to pay taxes on dividends, salary and also...

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Yes, you are totally right about that. Btw which one would you choose between these two options, and why?

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Hi, and thank you to participate in this discussion. So, as far as I understand, you would benefit from capital gain and passive income. That's for sure a different story instead of open a company. Btw in Romania you can still invest through your company and benefit from the same low tax...
