Where to live with max 0-5% total tax

This was my question, however regarding pass-thru companies like the LLP UK or LLC us i still have doubts it can work, because yes you can own and manage them as they said, but you will be then theoretically subject to the local normal tax rate, as this income is considered personal. So what i...

Where to live with max 0-5% total tax

I think most of the problem comes with POEM and not CFC rules. If you own and manage a company in Estonia or Romania or whatever from Malta, you should trigger these rules. But according to their tax government it shouldn't be an issue (they replied like this via email)

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Thanks man! I did make the same thoughts and I made the same decision! I've been in Romania 7 times and I know what to expect, but I never been in Bulgaria, so I don't know what I'm missing there. I hope I made the right decision, but anyway I can still change anytime in the future. Good luck...

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

Flights don't prove much as you can go by flight for example in Barcelona, but come back by car/train/etc... Anyway you must have something to prove you live there if they ask you. I believe a rental contract and some expenses are sufficient if you live in a 3rd country for a while (Example...

    UAE residence visa cheapest option

So the UAE Remote Working Visa + LLP Uk is a 100% legal and tax-free combo? 300$ for the VISA + the cost of maintenance and you only have to visit Dubai every 180 days right? How much it cost to create the substance (rent an apartment) and renew the residence permit? Dubai doesn't have any...

Low tax, low cost with good freedom setup: Romania vs Bulgaria is the final match?

This is the problem, I don't know. I've been in Romania a few times but never in Bulgaria. This solution should be mostly for the company setup and let me travel 1/2 years without many trouble to stay 183 days. Then I can decide where to actually live.

Where would you live then? Guys, I'm having some real trouble understanding which one is the best option for me between Romania and Bulgaria. Can you help me? I wouldn't really live there, but to be safe from my home country at least I would rent an apartment and live between different...

CY resident + Romania micro company

If you have the tax residency in Romania, the Italian tax authority can't challenge you about your company setup, unless they can challenge first your personal residency. I mean it should work like this, right? It would be different ofc if you just setup the company and live somewhere else...

CY resident + Romania micro company

Okay so just any address it's okay as proof. As for the company it's okay a virtual address since I'm working from home right? Another thing is that if I will move somewhere else from Romania, it would be better to rent an office and so on. Anyway I'm starting wondering if would not be easier...
