Malta Residency or Portugal Residency + Romania SRL or UK LTD?

Alright! I forgot about the 750k. But there is still the law "place of effective management". If I reside in Malta as self sufficient, they can argue about this or not? Also why do you think is better LTD UK instead of Romanian SRL? Thanks Martin!

Hi everyone, I'm struggling to understand which option is the best and if it's legit and can work just fine. Option 1) Malta residency + LTD UK or Romanian SRL If you keep the LTD UK company or Romanian SRL avoiding the Maltese 2 companies structure, can you just pay the corporate tax in the UK...

USA LLC and Cyprus non-dom. What taxes?

Hey guys, why is Cyprus always mentioned here, despite all these issues, instead of Malta for example? AFAK you can get a residence in Malta quite easily and pay almost zero taxes on your personal income. The issue about Malta tho is the cost of the company structure (but tbh in Cyprus it's...

I'm not saying i will do this for sure, but anyway if i have an employee in the country how does it change if she/he works 20 or 40 hours per week? Still the job is done within the country of incorporation, so I'm not an expert but logically speaking it shouldn't be an issue

    Easy of doing business

Yeah i agree with you, but this doesn't mean that this statement applies for all the countries listed here or that you can't relocate and run your company from there as local resident. I don't know about Georgia, but i can say the UK has been a far better and easier setup than my home country.

    NHR Portugal + Romanian micro-company

With the Romanian company you can employ someone part time for a few hundred bucks. Just in case you can get a rental agreement for a space in a co-working to add more substance. And this it should be enough to avoid that the Portuguese tax authority will consider your company to be taxed in...

Hi guys, since this program doesn't work. Anyone knows if it's possible to become a Ukrainian resident and manage a company abroad and pay only my income tax (which should be around 9%) on dividends? Does the POEM rules apply here?
