LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

Thank you @fuliaro . I first assumed it was a regular bank account until @Milky Moon shed light on the issue. As it's an uninsured e-money account probably it's better not to trust them too much. LeuPay (SataBank's EMI subsidiary) are said to be a bit messy/tricky when it comes to handling...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

You are right @Milky Moon. It seems that for individuals SataBank ONLY offers e-money accounts. In their website and in the opening forms for individuals you cannot select anything but e-money accounts. In case of corporate accounts they do offer the choice between e-money (free) and regular...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

Hi @Tamarind ! , please note that @fuliaro wrote that he had opened the account directly with SataBank (not with LeuPay) . So his deposits are indeed supposed to be insured (unlike what happens with LeuPay).

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

Hi !, All bank-deposits in Malta (where SataBank is from) are insured with a EUR 100,000 Deposit Protection scheme so if the bank goes bankrupt, the state deposit protection will refund you up to that amount. On the other hand, Was it easy and straightforward to open the account with them from...

    Crypto Friendly Offshore personal account

I wrote "the best" because it's probably the very only EMI which is both cryptofriendly and provides dedicated IBAN.

    Crypto Friendly Offshore personal account

Hi, everyone in this forum always refer to MisterTango as the best EMI (Electronic Money Institution, similar to a bank) which provides you with a dedicated IBAN account in EUR and it's crypto friendly. So far, I don't remember that anyone here had mentioned any bank in any jurisdiction which is...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

Hi @Milky Moon I agree on most of those comments (just for the record I've never used darks or anything alike), however as far as I've read about LeuPay and other EMIs, they apparently don't give you many chances to prove the legitimacy of your business. Once they freeze the accounts, they are...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

No, I'm not speaking from personal experience. After all the worrisome reviews I've read everywhere about "LeuPay + considerable amounts of money", I never trusted them more than a few bucks. As far as I see, most (if not all) EMIs are quite the same. Wonderful for paying your home utilities and...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

I wouldn't trust LeuPay with any significany amount of money. They were proven (in this and other forums) not to be reliable or trustworthy for that purpose (they are indeed great handling very small amounts). LeuPay is said to overnight freeze the accounts for any reason/allegation they want...

Hi, Does Mrtango allow to load the account with Credit Card? (I've been browsing their website and haven't seen that option). Thank you

    Bitcoin friendly Banks or EMIs

Thank a lot Emily! It's very kind and helpful from you. thu&¤# The answers list is great. I think I'll go for a mixture between number 1,4 and 3 with the difference that in #3 my problem is not that much the currency exchange (though is still a problem) but also the extremely high fees the...

    Bitcoin friendly Banks or EMIs

Wonderful @Emily Rimlins . It's great to know such positive feedback about BoC. I'll have a think about them too! thu&¤# I've been browsing the BZWBK website with the aid of the translator, and in the online opening section it seems you have to be Polish to proceed online. The "Citizenship"...

    Bitcoin friendly Banks or EMIs

Thank you again @Emily Rimlins . Appreciate your comments very much. I'll try to use the translate add on and find out more about this bank. It's great to know they speak perfect English!! Regarding Bank of Cyprus, I'm not 100% sure but I think I didn't read very good comments about them around...

    Bitcoin friendly Banks or EMIs

Thank you @Emily Rimlins !! What a pity they don't have an English website cry&¤. As @Admin says, the only chance now is to contact them by phone/e-mail to find out the opening procedure. Do they speak English? Do you know if at least the online banking is available in English? Thank again!

    Bitcoin friendly Banks or EMIs

Hello @Emily Rimlins Thanks for your contributions here. You say BZWBK allow remote opening but their website is all in Polish (the English section has only "institutional information"). Am I looking in the wrong place? Do you know if they accept non EU residents? Thank you

    Banks blocked my account!

Unfortunately, it seems that when a financial institution finds anything they don't like or not 100% fit to an new regulation, they decide to suddenly end the relationships rather than start a dialogue with their customers. Very sad. Be aware with LeuPay, they are wonderful for tiny businesses...

    Banks blocked my account!

The banks in Austria and Italy also blocked your account? Are these 3 accounts (CY, IT, AT) in your name or in your Seychelles IBC's?

    Cheapest offshore private bank account?

Does Worldcore provide account in the owner's name? I've read that's a feature they are planning to launch sometime in 2018 but not yet available. In their Website it says they still work using the "Reference" / "Payment Details" field.
