It seems they continue to allow outward transfers. A friend of mine did so about 2 weeks ago. I don't know about inward wires.

Dozens of them all around, it smells like a typical ponzi schemes where small investors are allowed to move their funds in and out for a certain period of time to build trust, and when they try to move a bit more, then the nightmare begins.....

You can find lots of creepy stories in several forums and review sites about funds getting frozen/stolen/dissapeared by MoneyPolo so I don't know if it's a good idea to deposit big amounts in this EMI. A careful due diligence must be exerted

ok, I see. I thought you lived in Europe so I was going to suggest a bank in the EEA with remote account opening. Europacific Bank opens remotely and is based in a non-AEOI/CRS jurisdiction (Puerto Rico). They accept residents in South America. However, I heard they use to request paperwork too. :(

Having an IBAN number doesn't necessary mean having an account in a SEPA country (for instance Montenegro uses IBAN but it's not within SEPA). Of course Mistertango/Lithuania is SEPA but I'm not familiar with the BoC int'l transfer request procedure and if it automatically assign the transfer...
