UAE vs Panama vs Romania Micro vs _____?

from my limited knowledge the romania micro business looks good. 1-3% corporate tax - although the personal income tax looks scary, apparently going up to 45%. So if I lived there... I'd get the 1-3% tax on my profits right for my company taken, and then another potentially 45% again in personal...

    Most trusted Fintech EMI

Whats everyones opinions of who is currently the safest fintech emi to be using as a trasnactional merchant account for receiving and sending bank wires regularly. Basically which fintech has better reputation for not freezing clients accounts, etc. Seems to me thats the major concern with...

    Globalbanks database

they just jacked their price for the premium membership by like 200 USD, and then created 2 new sub-memberships, where you either only get the banks outside US, or only get the banks IN the US -- and those 2 options now are almost the same price as the full database price used to be. So...

UAE vs Panama vs Romania Micro vs _____?

just for fun, I'd like to hear everyone debate which jurisdiction is best and why. And I mean somewhere where you can form the company, get the decent merchant bank accounts that are relatively safe and stable, minimize taxes and use the place as your tax residency to protect yourself. In 2021...

    Panama Company with Residency Drawbacks?

yeah they did say i need to come for like a month to do it all or something. But I dont really mind. UAE and panama seem so comparable to me. both offer tax residency, both allow zero corporate and personal income tax it seems. both are open to travel right now -- in a world mostly locked...

    Panama Company with Residency Drawbacks?

i want to know more about the panama method as well. Companies who help form these panama corps via friendly visa are telling me that no, i would not be required to pay any corporate tax, nor personal income tax at all with the panama set up. they also claim getting the merchant corporate bank...

0% tax company in Malaysia -- thoughts?

uh oh. Yes I would be running my company while living in thailand. So I guess that's a problem then? Another advisor said thailand never checks these things though and thusly I could easily get away with it. Anyone with experience know one way or another? What about Laos. 0% corporate tax, 0%...

0% tax company in Malaysia -- thoughts?

i dont do any business in thailand - i would only be living there. All my customers are in USA. All my suppliers are in china. I had heard as long as I don't use any of my money earned in thailand in the SAME year i earned it -- it's tax exempt basically. So you need to use last years earnings...

0% tax company in Malaysia -- thoughts?

thank you sir. I heard labuan WAS good, but that 3% corporate rate is gone now and rules have changed. So what about living in thailand, and having my tax exempt corporation in malaysia -- or vice versa if a a corproate structure for offshore gains can be achieved with 0% tax in thailand too...

    Panama Company with Residency Drawbacks?

but won't you pay like 15% on income you make as the UBO of your panama company as income tax if you are tax resident there? Personal tax there is 15% on anything under 50 grand, and 25% on the money over that. So you might not pay any corporate tax, but when you withdraw money from your panama...

0% tax company in Malaysia -- thoughts?

well if thats the case, why does everyone only talk about certain jurisdictions all the time over and over and over? that doesn't make sense if forming a tax exempt company is possible everywhere in the world -- why aren't all the other places discussed as ideas? They aren't for some reason...

0% tax company in Malaysia -- thoughts?

A CPA in Asia told me it's possible to form a totally tax exempt company in Malaysia --and they don't mean Labuan -- which is apparently a dead dog nowadays. Here's the link below -- do experts here concur this is do-able? See salient weaknesses? Malaysia is a nice place, would be great if this...

Hi Sols, I'm a canadian citizen, but nomad, I shuffle around asia for last 4 years -- i run a trading company trading mostly cosmetic products, herbs and crops -- nothing illicit. I have a BVI LLC, and am not tax resident anywhere at present, always moving somewhere new on regular basis --...

UAE companies - by far the cheapest jurisdiction to incorporate - Offshore Company in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)

ok but... I heard you need residence visa and a lease proving substance and a home to show banks anyway... regardless of which jurisdiction you use. That's what others said who also do these kind of incorporations. So aren't these things applicable to all jurisdictions? You aren't going to get...

UAE companies - by far the cheapest jurisdiction to incorporate - Offshore Company in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)

ok but WHY is RAK difficult to obtain banking -- or more difficult than other jurisdictions -- if it's true, there must be specific clear reasons people can share here.

UAE companies - by far the cheapest jurisdiction to incorporate - Offshore Company in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)

Bc my concern would be UAE incorporators trying to talk us into more expensive jurisdictions so they can make bigger fees off of us each year forever.
