@Mila I don't know any Bank in ME that will accept Offshore company. The problem is primary with their correspondent Banks wo decline such transactions. Aside of this ME is in my opinion still the best way to go to avoid reporting.

@blueweb yes this one. they visit you or you visit them. it's private banking the deposit should respect this.

@blueweb take care that you really get a rent contract for this shared office which means that your company then has "own" office and not a c/0 address only. if the later is the case you will pay tax there where you operate your business.
