It may sound like a great idea to request 100 and get 200 in return, but since the money is tied to your bank account when you use an ATM, it is still your money that you are taking and not just some free handout.
Near the United States/Mexican border, drug cartels have been fighting a bloody battle for control of their turf. The problem is so bad that some of it is crossing into the United States with kidnappings and murder. What do you think each country should do to control the situation?
Probably personal preference. If I have credit cards, I know that if there is something wrong with the transaction, I am protected and do a chargeback. I'm not sure PayPal offers that type of protection but I could be wrong.
Now that the world is in the middle of a recession, what kind of impact has it had on you? Are you tightening your budget? Have you been laid off? Maybe you are one of the fortunate ones who hasn't been affected?
Has anyone considered using Western Union for electronic payments? I know they have it set up on their website but just wondering if anyone is using the service.
When starting up a business, I'm pretty sure PayPal will allow you to use a personal account as the business grows. However, at what point would PayPal insist that you change over to a business account?
How safe are offshore businesses? What rights and guarantees does a person have when setting up an offshore business and what kind of protections are in place for the individual?

Talkgold has a lot of problems. There are several people on the forum who are just plain hostile if you question what they have to say. It's been many years since I've been to the forum and I don't plan on going back anytime soon.
I probably would not accept anyone's offer to take your money and convert it for you. More often than not, it's usally a scam. You're better off going through a legitimate third party to convert your money from one payment processor to another.
PayPal does charge quite a bit for its business users but that's the price you have to pay in order to use them. If customers like using PayPal, are you willing to not use their service, especially if it means driving consumers away? Just an unfortunate part of the price of doing business.
