[USA] Inc. vs LLC - Is my tax planner trying to fool me ?

Not really but I would like to stay in Europe and if I understood correctly I only have 4 options: Malta, UK, Irland and Cyprus. I have heard there are lots of expats with online businesses in Malta, maybe its a good opportunity to meet new people doing the same as me.

[USA] Inc. vs LLC - Is my tax planner trying to fool me ?

Thanks for the advice, I will try to find another tax planner. He told me that if I move out of Germany this year (2020) I could setup a company without telling the tax office. It would only become illegal if I'm still resident in Germany in 2021 while having created the company in 2020. Not...

I talked to a tax planner yesterday and he actually recommended to create a Inc. in the US and move to Malta for the tax residency. What do you think about this advice? Why an inc. instead of a LLC ? Regarding Wyoming/Delaware the advantage is that there is no corporate taxe is that correct ?

That sounds good. How risky is it to create the LLP/LTD setup now and not tell the tax authority in my country about it? My goal is to leave the country in a few months and not pay any taxes (either digital nomad or find a country without territorial taxes) Do you think the UK will communicate...

@James2122 Thanks a lot for all the info. Unfortunately Shopify and Paypal don't allow payouts to TransferWise. I talked to a tax planner yesterday and he said I should open a LLC in the UK The setup he suggests: LLC with 2 entities, one is me with 90%, the other 10% is a Limited that I will...

Yes I read somewhere here that it's expensive to maintain a company in HK... Do you think it's an option to start the company in HK and close it after 1 year or is it too much paperwork ? Which countries in EU do you recommend ? I heard Bulgaria is interesting What bothers me the most is that...
