    IFZA provides an address for you. WIO accepts this. Depending on what trade license you have you can also open a traditional bank account without an actual office.

    It's very hard for them to know and you most likely won't have any problems with eu license plates. I think the German export plates have a max validity of 6 months. But if you stay in the same area with the car and have non eu plates you will probably run into problems some day

    In which country are you a tax resident? You can buy property in Spain if you are not a resident there, just buy it in your own name, but don't live there. Because if you live in Spain while you're operating your current business, Spain will tax your business anyway.

    I don't think you will have any problems. You shouldnt do these things at ENBD, they tend to ask more questions than other banks. If you want to buy property it's better to pay a small fee to get a managers cheque for cash instead of the route you took.
