    They opened me an account. 2 days later and asked them about an USD card. They said "we need more details". I said "no need then, I don't need a USD card". In a day they suspended an account, then 1-2 days later after I came to them, they restored it, and then, a few days later, shut it down...

    Wallet address of what? Or of who? And how would the government match its citizens or residents with those public addresses of the crypto ledger? the amount of addresses is nearly infinite. You know my address of my wallet? I've got billion ones more that you don't know of.
