crazy bitcoin dumped 5000 US$ today!

the "lucky" one I know went from 4 figures to 7 figures in about 6 months and then proceeded to go from 7 figures right back down.. so like every gambling addict much of it has been given right back.

    Ideal setup for this scenario

300K pounds gives you certainly many options luckily. The first thing I will say is avoid Belize like the plague unless you want every nightmare in the book. You will be unable to get banking for a Belize company in general in the bulk of the world. Belize banking itself is an absolute travesty...

crazy bitcoin dumped 5000 US$ today!

I would agree. I've been hearing for years and years how its gonna change everything but all that is really built upon it is more ways to speculate on itself. It's also the only casino to have a cult like following. I know a few individuals who have made mid 6 figures from modest sums due to...

Europe will soon have the e-coin, what's your thoughts?

Correct it's amazing to me people actually think an e-currency of any kind will end crime. Their is too much money at play in things like drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud, and any other sort of illegal activity. Criminals aren't simply going to go oh well time to retire. They will find...

    Introduction, Hi!

To be honest I couldn't tell you. I know the Canadian LLP had no taxes for non Canadian income generated by non residents. My particular business sells to basically exclusively Americans so my planned structure was going to be Canadian LLP > Aruba Free Zone company. This way I can have access to...

    Introduction, Hi!

we are in a similar situation except I'll be going to Aruba. Another forum member recommended me a Canadian LLP which would allow me access to PayPal/Stripe!

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

I'm guessing no chance essentially. You need to be some big multinational that's bringing a lot of jobs and big big revenue. I have some friends here who do a few million euros a year in revenue and they have no odds of getting any reduction beyond the standard rate.

Prakash Hinduja faces tax troubles worth $137mn in Switzerland, assets to be frozen

well if he is worth $15.4B or even if between him and his brothers he is worth a few billion then I suppose losing the $137M isn't the end of the world.. however in most cases those using sham residency setups probably aren't billionaires and will have a much harsher fate. o_O

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Sweet news! The simpler the better. Ya no need in particular for a Dutch PayPal besides that is what I already currently have since I live in Netherlands. So then when I would sign-up the British Columbia LLP for PayPal I would just need to put the entity address down as my address etc since I'd...

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

As far as the first point luckily I don't sell into the EU. Only into US and Canada. A tiny bit into Australia/Russia. I'll try to explain better my second question. If i have an Aruba FreeZone company + Live in Aruba but use the Dutch CV for access to PayPal and other payment services, is the...

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Appreciate this reply! Figured it wouldn't be too complicated. Suppose I use the Dutch commanditaire vennootschap will I still need to do things like the VAT filings on the Dutch end and how does the Dutch Tax office know that in fact I'm not a tax resident in NL but in Aruba, etc? Appreciate...

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Ya I'm planning to relocate there in about a year, just trying to figure out how my business will work since I need access to PayPal which I currently have/use in the Netherlands. Aruba has no PayPal support so need to make sure I can keep my foreign PayPal account open then. :)

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

I was referring to a Freezone company in Aruba, as referenced here: FAQs | Free Zone Aruba I don't think the Netherlands has any kind of freezone companies. :)

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Ya this is what I am planning though I guess my final wrinkle will be working out with Tax professionals how to structure everything. They have a 2% Free Zone company if your not selling locally, which none of my sales will be local so it's important that I have that structured right :)

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Aruba specifically and I will have a Dutch passport. I have Dutch PayPal already, Dutch Sole Proprietorship, and Dutch Banking already. Ideally I am hoping I could just continue using my Dutch setup while in Aruba.. I'm unsure though how this works in terms of VAT reporting.. I sell digital...

Moving to a PayPal non supported country

Hello, I'll keep this as simple as possible. I currently live in a EU country and have an online business. I mainly use PayPal for payment processing and it's very crucial for my business. In roughly a year I will be moving to an Island in the Caribbean that has no access to PayPal for Business...

    non CRS bank account

Hiding assets within the banking system in my view in 2021 is far too risky a game. You should look at alternative assets like gold/silver and collectibles(comic books, watches, art, etc) while not liquid if your wanting no CRS lets be real your looking to hide assets. Outside the banking system...
