    Why not change it? Other countries have systems that work for all. And even the homeless are able to get medication without paying money for it. If you want it better- you simply have to pay for it there (and I am talking about a few European Countries).

    PayPal dealing with scam mails

    I did it a few times. All you get is a "Thank you" from Paypal and they still need weeks to send the information about the scam mails to their customers. They really do not care in my opinion.

    Is offshore banking legal?

    Fila is absolutely right. If you pay your taxes in your country there is not a single problem with having an offshore account. By the way, if you would use your account for money laundry this would be a problem.

    blogging makes money

    I think it is a waste of time. There are so many blogs and so many with sponsored reviews, that I hate to read them. And almost everywhere you find you can make money easily by blogging. But only a few will make big bucks and the rest will write and stand without a dime at the end.
