    That's correct. The website is basic but it functions well. I don't know if they accept all jurisdictions but I know they have accepted several different tax haven jurisdictions and differing structures. No need for a Singapore corporation.

    It's covered in the Companies Act, Chapter 250 of the laws of Belize. You can find it at http://belizecompaniesregistry.gov.bz/. You could also just consult your registered agent or do a simple google search. Plenty of agents list what is and isn't publicly registered for differing jurisdictions.

    Not many. A Panamanian corporation can lead to permanent residency under the friendly nations visa. Otherwise Belize would be a better option assuming you're not doing business in Panama.

    I think that's a bit outside the scope of this forum's purpose. However, corruption is definitely an issue in some countries but wether or not this is being used, I couldn't say. I find it hard to believe a bank worth 100's of millions or billions would take such a risk for a small payoff...
