ATAD / CFC 2019 Malta Full Imputation Refunds
Anyone have any practical info on how and when the refund is issued? I've heard delays of up to 12 months from corporate tax payment and submission of the tax refund claim until the refund is approved and transfered. The law says "within a maximum of 2 weeks" if I'm not mistaken.- mmueller

LeoPay still in business and working for people?
They most certainly work as long as your business is registered in the EU. I've moved most of my money away from them due to the recent "issues" but still keep them around as a backup.
