Dubai IFZA - Mix use rental for Residency proof ?
Im interested to know more about this also. After company setup, I assume that renting an apartment for a year + ejari, then getting DEWA and mobile phone would be enough to secure residential tax status? But im not sure about the 180 days requirement.- SamJack
