    Not sure why you used genocide. If you consider Chile, you can apply for visa and get visa in process document. I have used it here and there, Swissquote and Dukascopy accepted it. That's just a couple of months

    I'd use the crypto card you offer but 20% reload fee is a killer. It's cheaper to travel to another country to withdraw cash.
