    I have seen the bank application for a few banks in Cyprus, Seychelles and Belize all of them ask for detailed business description and even license if they think that is required! For company formation offshore I have not seen any those requirements!

    You may look at a payment processor in Bermuda to get processing for your Belize company, in fact I know http://www.firstatlanticcommerce.com/merchants/international-merchant-accounts/latin-america-and-the-carribbean/bermuda/ they can do it at least for Seychelles companies.
