Hey, Anyone knows a Vietnamese EMI that opens for non-residents? EU resident only. Business account (US) would be favorable, but I assume it's unlikely, so at least personal.

    How safe is Bank Frick?

Bank Frick is a really popular option here. In 2019 there was a thread touching that the pivot to crypto is a red flag, but not much on the safety of the bank. Do they have the same destiny as Fidor Bank? https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/th...rent-accounts-closed-beginning-of-2023.39382/ How...

    Turkey - No Crypto Laws

https://www.moonbit.ai/crypto-tax-rates/turkey So it seems that Turkey has little to no crypto laws. Does it mean they will never know if you had capital gains? Or do crypto exchanges still report to the government? I also wonder if Turkey finds out - will they even ask for source of funds...

    No audit jurisdictions?

I assume this usually means bookkeeping has to be in place? With it, it's costly & hard tbh. Just filing tax returns is fine and can be done annually.

    No audit jurisdictions?

Hi, Curious which countries do not require auditing. US LLC is one, until its not, but works for low volumes. Singapore is, below 7M USD. Any more?

Airwallex vs Stratys vs Wise vs Currenxie

Any out of the four, but Wise. They will block your account before you can open it. There are more reviews across the forum. Apply to all other 3, and see which ones accept you, and which ones will be your backup option.

Do you care about bank's financials?

This thread was my main reason to start looking into bank financials back then :) Thanks for it. BoG, CS, and BOV in Malta are great examples, thanks. When it's not state-owned, like ABC in Mauritius / Adriatic in Podgorica, is there a way to determine bank's importance? My idea was maybe from...

Do you care about bank's financials?

3 words of wisdom, thanks. Any advice on how to read them properly? Maybe an article of some sort? Also, how small is too small for a bank in terms of assets (I assume it's a good indicator)? 100M / 200M / 500M?

Do you care about bank's financials?

Hi, Do you care about foreign bank's financials if they give you green light? Assuming a bank is in reputable jurisdiction, but it's like smaller than most of EMIs. How much would you trust them with? Thanks

Transactional bank in CH / LIE

Outside of EU, and banks there have presence in foreign countries with which we do business. For EMIs there are better options in HK, US, etc. but not for banking options

Transactional bank in CH / LIE

Indeed it is a good one. There are many similar like SEBA, Sygnus, Saxo etc. Do those banks want clients that are not related to trading though?

Transactional bank in CH / LIE

Ahaha, banks get better and better. Yep The business is 7-figures, EMIs are risky, but are in place.

Transactional bank in CH / LIE

That's fair, but apart from a local company the rest is fine. Just nothing absurd like $10M-$1B.
