    Something definitely happens. Today my company received a letter from ePayments stating they "start a process of data collection to re-enable access to frozen funds". In particular, they asked to verify account again. This is the first letter in like 6 month. I couldn't believe my eyes :)

    You can always use VPN for internet connection. Or/and buy a VDS in the USA and make your purchase from it. This way you won't leave European IP address anywhere. Of course if you are on the FBI top wanted list, they will probably trace you anyway. But if you are not, you can feel safe enough )

    Dsx is almost dead now, as it was heavy dependent on EPayments. Which is now closed.

    Exactly. I always pass KYC even if I'm not asked to. Just to minimize risk that some question will arise when I'll try to withdraw :) Usually when you try to withdraw, there is a clock ticking. Delays are inacceptable.

    Thank you. I looked at this complaints and immediately noticed almost all of them are from 2017, while in 2018-2020 there were only 1-5 complaints a year. Moreover, Coinbase which IS on your list, has 1,228 complaints which is twice as much, Bittrex which also is on your list, has 1019 complaints.

    @Granwasa Are you going to report every question you are asked? It's a public forum and I'm not advertizing anything. What kind of complaints are you talking about? I want to know this because Poloniex has one of my primary cryptoaccounts, along with Binance, Kraken and BitStamp.

    Of course there are some. It's just that not everybody knows about them :) For example, I know for sure that BlackCatCard sends cards outside EEA using regular post-service.
