Already got an answer from EMI representative. He said that their partner bank doesn't have information on retail customers, thus it can't report it.
Only EMI itself can do CRS reporting, if it does it at all, that is.
What if an EMI (say, BitSafe) is registered in one country (Netherlands), and cards they issue are provided by bank from another country (UK).
Which one of them will make a CRS reporting, if any? Netherlands or UK or both?
ePayments card was ideal, I'm even willing to take risks it bears as I never have more money in my e-wallet than I'm willing to spend in the nearest future. But I just don't see any now.
Seriously, I'm trying to solve an opposite problem now. I NEED a Russian controlled EMI because only with them there is a chance to receive a plastic card in Russia. No genuine EU-based EMI will send a card to Russia. And I don't see any thus far.
You are right, of course, but using a big money scheme demands you having big money. And if you do... Well, I can hardly imagine Don Corleone rummaging through OSCT to look for a proper money laundering scheme :) He will just hire a consigliere for that.
You know, I'm from Russia and I am perfectly trustworthy ) The problem is not in people themselves, but in russian government which makes it all but impossible to run a fully legit business. And when it's already "half-shady" there is but a small step to a complete fraud.
But remove mr.Putin and...
You know about Russian cards, this and your name suggests Russian citizenship. How did you get Wirex card then?
Have you moved from Russia into EEA (or v.v.)?
As far as I know, no EMI currently sends any card to Russia (except for those issued by Russian banks).
Or have I missed something?
I have accounts both at Kraken and Binance. All in all they are equal, I'd say. Enough liquidity, tight spreads, low commissions.
Binance has more secondary features like built-in p2p exchange, loans and so on, while Kraken has USD :)
To sell something above market price you have to find a fool who will buy something above the market price.
And they usually don't come in packs.
If something sells well above market, there is always a reason for that. Like some hidden commissions or other risks.
