I have worked with them in my past job and didn't have any problems.

[Newby] Open a Safe Offshore Bank account without Company ?

If you are prepared to provide full transparency, due diligence and pay all taxes: yes Otherwise I would recommend an offshore company to give you some extra privacy.

    Costa Rica Gaming Company

Thank you, sounds interesting. The most interesting thing is where you can open bank accounts.

UK LTD company + BVI company

It would work if you are not UK resident. This is a standard way of working for offshore structures. If you are UK resident it is risky though as the HMRC will claim they have the right to tax the BVI company too. If your accountant will put the advice formally in writing, go for it and you can...

    IBC founding on Marshall Islands

You need a registered agent service. There is only one in Marshall Islands, and they do not deal direct with the public, so you have to go through an intermediary. Pretty much like any offshore jurisdiction. You cannot deal direct with the government.

Looking for non nominative bank account

I have heard of this being possible for larger amounts but I do not think it is worth it in these amounts for any IBAN issuer. Have you tried Paysera maybe? Or are they the ones closing the accounts? ;)

USA Bank account for BVI company

Definitely, concept of risk is different for different people, so is concept of service. Each to his own. In most countries the more money you deposit the better service you get. In USA and Europe there is no difference here. I believe the technology of banking is better in Europe. SEPA is a new...

Union pay and Chinese banks vs. visa

It depends entirely on the issuer. There is no fixed rule that covers all Union Pay cards. Just likje some Visa issuing banks might deliver cards to Norway, others not. Norway is not on any blacklists so most issuers that send cards worldwide by courier could deliver to Norway.

Union pay and Chinese banks vs. visa

If anyone is seriously interested in this topic, please do proper research into countries and banks that issue China Union Pay cards. I could do it but honestly I have work to do and my job is not promoting Union Pay. I personally have UnionPay cards issued by Credicorp in Panama and Hans Seng...

USA Bank account for BVI company

WELL... Also for personal accounts just try E Trade Bank... I think they can open online without a personal visit. I used to work with BB&T in Florida but they stopped opening for non-resident corporations. By far the most efficient and least costly banking system is the SEPA system in Europe...

USA Bank account for BVI company

Yes it is generally through private banking, or you have to go through an overseas affiliate of a bank like HSBC or Citibank that has offices in NY.

Union pay and Chinese banks vs. visa

Well you got the first bit right. Reporting depends on the country where your bank is. However you misunderstood the second part. There are Unionpay issuers in many countries so you would not have to have an account in China to get one.

Bank in Europe where to open account quick for offshore?

Was the account you provided also in an OECD country? Last request I saw from Rietmu was for the account to be in a country that is a member of both EU and OECD. Not sure if that is legal, but it is better to provide what they want and then argue afterwards if necessary once you have most of...

Union pay and Chinese banks vs. visa

Yes, there are now banks in lots of different countries offering Union Pay cards. They work like Visa and Mastercard as part of a network. Anyhow Visa and Mastercard will not report you, it is the issuing bank that would do that depending what country it is in. Visa and Mastercard are just the...

    Andorra bank account

Entries from Spain are no problem, in fact it is a good justification for needing an account in a neighboring country. You will need to prove though that you are fully tax compliant in your country of residence and there will be reporting. If you are OK with that you should be fine.

    Need advice

No because none of those issue cards to members in non-EU countries. But you should be able to open a regular personal bank account. For example CIM Bank in Switzerland or I think Euro Pacific Bank in Puerto Rico can issue you a prepaid card.

Best offshore countries for EU citizens

Puerto Rico is a great solution, like the USA itself. Euro Pacific Bank who advertise on this forum are in Puerto Rico if you are looking for somewhere to start. They used to be based in St Vincent and Grenadines but they moved to Puerto Rico once St Vincent signed up for automatic exchange...
