Montenegro non-resident bank account is a perfect option for what you aim for. Online payment, Visa debit cards can be issued separately to director / shareholder as well. Company and bank account for a non resident.
Remotely can be done: UAE - RAK company + bank account in Montenegro. Re the funds flow to Montenegro account, the respective bank should be consulted / adult literature as means of selling goods as such should not be a problem - generally speaking.- Zlatan
