It it safe to transfer payoneer to wise? Apparently it worked, my client transferred me from payoneer. But I am just wondering if wise are okay with that?

Buy expensive watches with papers and stuff, then resell and ask for bank transfer. Find a reason where you got the watch/watches from ( inheritance or any other reason, gift. ) work around with notary to make your claim legal, then you talk with the bank along with that notarized document once...
